Refund Policy

Retail Customers:

Please return your item to the place of purchase before initiating a return request on If for any reason the return is not accepted, we may replace the item with a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling for items that are defective due to manufacturing. Items that have been damaged due to misuse may not be replaced. No refunds will be issued in either circumstance. In the event a replacement is issued, the following must be satisfied:

  1. Request form must be completed in the returns section of our website.
  2. Proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase in the form of a receipt should be submitted.
  3. Payment fee of $5.00 for shipping/handling must be submitted.

Once these have been fulfilled, a replacement will be mailed via USPS within 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.

Wholesale Customers:

All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or an exchange you must first contact us within 7 days of the order date by completing the returns form. The items must be in a new and unopened condition. No replacements will be issued for items that have been damaged due to misuse. In the event an incorrect item is shipped and received or if the items received are found to be defective due to manufacturing, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Further arrangements will be discussed to arrive at a satisfactory solution. Please do not return any items prior to contacting us.
