Refund Policy
Retail Customers:
This site is used for wholesale customers only. If you have purchased on of our products in store please return your item to the place of purchase before initiating a return request on smartwirelessllc.com. If for any reason the in-store return is not accepted, we may replace the item with a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling of items that are found to be defective due to manufacturing. Items that have been damaged due to misuse may not be replaced. No refunds will be issued in either circumstance. In the event a replacement is issued, the following must be satisfied:
- Request exchange by completing the contact us form.
- Submit Proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase in the form of a receipt of payment.
- Payment fee of $5.00 for shipping/handling must be submitted before replacement is mailed.
Once these have been fulfilled, a replacement will be mailed via USPS within 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.
Wholesale Customers:
All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or an exchange you must first contact us within 7 business days of the order date by completing the returns form. The items must be in a new and unopened condition. No replacements will be issued for items that have been damaged due to misuse. In the event an incorrect item is shipped and received or if the items received are found to be defective due to manufacturing, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Further arrangements will be discussed to arrive at a satisfactory solution. Please do not return any items prior to contacting us.
